LIVE LONGER

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
-Aristotle

Although exercise and general physical activity are very important to living a long and healthy life, it isn’t the only thing. Proper nutrition, stress management, and rest & recovery (sleep) all have a significant role in the physiological processes of the human body; and are all vital pieces of our overall wellness and goal of increasing longevity and quality of life.

The main objective of LIVE LONGER is to shine the light on the other aspects of healthy living that we might otherwise ignore; proper nutrition, reducing stress, maintaining a healthy weight, creating strong social relationships, and improving mental/psychological health to increase the quality in the later days of your life.
